Step 1: Click on the "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" link at the bottom of the home screen. 

Step 2: You will be brought to the record removal page, where you will be asked for your email address and required to solve a CAPTCHA to prove you are not a bot.

Step 3: You will receive an email in your inbox with a link directing you to the final opt out form.  

Step 4: After clicking on the email link you will be directed to the final page where you will be asked to fill out your full name, email address, phone number, street address, and date of birth. 

Once you have filled out the information and solved the CAPTCHA to prove you are not a bot you will be able to submit your records which will be found and removed in 48 hours.
